In general as the OD increases the metal layer thickens and the resistance drops.

A relationship for this on PET film can be found in the AIMCAL Metallizing Technical Reference which you can obtain from AIMCAL for about $25. In general as the OD increases the metal layer thickens and the resistance drops. This will not be a universal relationship for evaporated layers due to variations in deposition process and substrate but the behavior shown in the hand book should help you understand better and you may have to correlate your self with your product.
